Aggregated locking dashboard of super validators (SV). Returns per-organization locking data (earned and locked amounts, tier, weight, grace period) together with network-wide totals: lifetime earned, lifetime SV rewards, effective weight (organization weight multiplied by its tier coefficient), current mining round and the number of minutes until the next tier evaluation (evaluation runs every 10 minutes; the value is negative if it is overdue).
