Asset issuer available rewards by venue

https://ccview.io/api/rewards/asset-issuer/

Returns the asset issuer's available rewards for the requested day, broken down by venue (the party of the validator that submitted the accepted verdicts). Each entry indicates whether the venue is a DvP application and whether it is the issuer's own linked venue.

registrar, or an alias extra_id, is also accepted.
